This is mostly a scratch pad for me when I inevitably reboot the Proxmox server again and something breaks terribly

So, if I do that again. I need to remember

- Server 2003 CANNOT power itself off gracefully and will hang Proxmox until it times out trying to shut it down gracefully

- Exchange 2003 *will* fail to start both IMAP and POP3 after rebooting. So log in via Remote Desktop and re-start those after everything else is booted back up
